


Gene Endicott
Before launching his consulting practice in 2006, Gene helped three global
companies develop and effectively implement government affairs, media
relations and community involvement programs. He has developed a broad
network of private sector, non-profit, public-sector and media relationships,
and his public-policy interests and experience include land use,
transportation, air quality and technology.
Prior to the launch of Endicott Communications, Gene was vice president at
Ziegler Associates, where he handled several technology, land use and
health care projects. He previously served for six years as the first Global
Public Affairs director for Agilent Technologies. Under his leadership, the
company’s community involvement efforts received numerous local and
national awards, and were highlighted by Fortune magazine when it first
identified Agilent as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For.”
Prior to joining Agilent in June 1999, Gene was Public Affairs manager for HP
in Roseville, Calif. He began his career while still a college student in the
Public Relations department at Bechtel Group, Inc., in San Francisco.
Gene holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of
California, Davis. He is an American Leadership Forum senior fellow; former
Parks & Recreation commissioner in Roseville and Sunnyvale, Calif.; and
serves on the Placer United Soccer Club Board of Directors.
